Welcome to That's BS Photography, owned and operated by Blake Smith ("I," "me," or "my"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of my website and my wedding and lifestyle photography services. By accessing my website or booking my services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By using this website or booking my services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
## 2. Photography Services
That's BS Photography offers wedding and lifestyle photography services based in Weatherford, Texas. Lifestyle sessions may include couples, families, motherhood, maternity, and senior portraits.
Available services, collections, starting prices, and add-ons may be described on my website. Specific services, deliverables, coverage hours, and pricing will be confirmed in your individual photography agreement.
## 3. Booking and Payment Terms
**Booking:** All photography services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A signed photography agreement and any required retainer or booking payment are necessary to secure your date, as outlined in your individual agreement.
**Payment:** Payment amounts, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any payment schedules will be outlined in your photography agreement.
**Retainers:** Any required retainer and its refundability will be specified in your agreement. Your date is not officially reserved until the applicable booking requirements have been completed.
**Cancellations and Rescheduling:** Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and retainer policies are governed by the terms of your individual photography agreement.
## 4. Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs and other original creative content produced by That's BS Photography remain the photographer's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement.
Clients receive permission to download, print, share, and use their delivered photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of their photography agreement.
Photographs may not be sold, used for commercial purposes, altered, or represented as another photographer's work without prior written permission.
## 5. Client Responsibilities
**Communication and Cooperation:** Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating their needs, and cooperating during their session or event. Clients should arrive on time and follow any relevant instructions provided before or during their session.
**Wedding and Session Details:** Clients are responsible for communicating important details, schedules, requested photographs, location information, and relevant restrictions in advance.
**Photography Expectations:** While I will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the agreed-upon services, photography is a creative process. Lighting, weather, venue restrictions, schedules, and other circumstances may affect the final images.
**Portfolio and Marketing Use:** I may request permission to use photographs from a session or wedding for my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials. Any applicable permissions or restrictions will be handled in accordance with the photography agreement and applicable law.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
I make reasonable efforts to provide a positive photography experience and deliver the services agreed upon in writing. However, I cannot guarantee specific artistic outcomes or results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, That's BS Photography will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or photography services.
Any limitations of liability, remedies, or responsibilities relating to a specific photography booking will be governed by the applicable photography agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your privacy matters to me. Any personal information submitted through my website or inquiry forms will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
